       1. Added ability to use external, user definable Lister program
       to view FONEBOOK.DOC file. The gets rid of approx 400k file
       FBMANUAL.HLP. (This changes the format of FONEBOOK.PRM file).

       2. Added HP LaserJet support (HPLJ Driver). This causes subtle
       changes in layout of page, number of records per page, and causes
       HPDJP.DRV and EPSFX.DRV to be modified.

       3. Added the ability to print only selected records.

       4. Fixed bug which prevented printing last few records for
       certain combinations of record length/no. records.
